Group Visit
Thank you for your interest in Southwest Minnesota State University. Please review the information below before submitting your group visit request.
- The priority of group programs will be awarded to groups that are in 9th-12th grade or transfer student groups. Then 6th-8th grade groups affiliated with a college-bound organization (AVID, Upward Bound, etc.).
- Reservations are required and must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Please do not register for more than one date unless you are planning multiple group programs.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. We will get back to you regarding your request within seven business days.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your group program, please contact our office at least one week before your scheduled program. If you cancel or wish to reschedule, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling a group program requires submitting a new request form.
