Mission:
The Southwest Minnesota State University McFarland Library Archives identifies, preserves, and provides access to materials that document the history of Southwest Minnesota State University and southwest Minnesota. The Archives is comprised of two collections: the Striegel Archives (the official repository of the University) and the Southwest Minnesota Historical Center (a regional repository for a fifteen-county region of southwest Minnesota.)
