Students can apply today for URSA funding
The SMSU Undergraduate Research Scholarly Activity (URSA) Committee is accepting applications for student research and scholarly activity grants from February 3rd – February 24th. Through the generous support of the SMSU Foundation, undergraduate students can receive up to $1,000 in funding to pursue their research interests and experiential learning.
Key Details:
- Available to all current SMSU undergraduate students carrying 12+ credits
- Maximum award of $1,000 per academic year
- Funds can support research activities, conference presentations, experiential learning opportunities, and related scholarly pursuits
The online URSA Application Form and complete guidelines are available on the URSA website at: https://www.smsu.edu/go/ursa. Interested students should work with their faculty mentors to develop their proposals.
