Faculty and Staff Lunchtime Fitness is back! The class is held from noon -12:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Fridays depending on the instructor's schedule. Class is also available via Zoom! We start Monday Sept 9, 2024. New participant orientation is Wednesday, Sept 4, 2024 at noon in PE 237.
