Planetarium Holiday Shows

The Southwest Minnesota State University Planetarium will host the annual Holiday Laser Light Show on the following dates:

  • Saturday, December 14 at 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 15 at 2 p.m. with the SMSU Chemistry Club serving liquid nitrogen ice cream at 3 p.m.
  • Friday, December 20 at 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 21 at 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 22 at 2 p.m.

Shows run approximately 1 hour. The planetarium is located in the Science & Math building (SM 108) at SMSU. Tickets are $5 and are only sold at the door. Free for current SMSU students with ID.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a good seat! Once the show begins the doors close and no entry is permitted.
