SMSU COLT will be hosting a 45-Minute training on the new TeamDynamix ticketing system. This training will be offered via a Hybrid mode.

TeamDynamix is a ticketing system designed to help you submit service requests and access articles to answer common technology and facilities questions. This training is designed to help you navigate the platform and efficiently manage your service requests and tickets. TeamDynamix provides a user-friendly interface to ensure your needs are met promptly and effectively.

Topics for this session will include:
  • How to access the client portal
  • How to use the Service Catalog
  • How to use the Knowledge Base
  • Overview of a ticket lifecycle
