Information for Conference Attendees

The SMSU community and general public is invited and encouraged to attend this year’s virtual conference, showcasing some of the excellent work done by SMSU students. All presentations will be held via Zoom and are grouped into discipline-specific sessions held throughout the day. Zoom links to these sessions, and presentation times for individual presenters, is available in the URC Program as well as the URC Abstract Booklet.  

Presenter Information

• REGISTRATIONS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Thursday, October 8 ^th by 11:59 pm.
  

  • Presenter Registration form

  • Submit ONE application per presentation.

• ABSTRACTS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Thursday, November 12 ^th by 11:59 pm.
  

  • Abstract submission form
    

• PRESENTATIONS are due NO LATER than Sunday, November 29 ^th by 11:59 pm. Poster presentations should be saved and submitted as a PDF file. Oral presentations can be submitted as a PowerPoint file.
