Information for Conference Attendees

The SMSU community and general public is invited and encouraged to attend this year’s conference, showcasing some of the excellent work done by SMSU students. This year’s conference will be primarily in-person, but will also have virtual options, with virtual presentations held live via Zoom.  Presentations are grouped into discipline-specific sessions and held throughout the day. Presentation times for individual presenters, will be available in the URC Program as well as the URC Abstract Booklet.  

Presenter Information

• REGISTRATIONS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Thursday, October 7 ^thby 11:59 pm.
  
  • Presenter Registration form 
  • Submit ONE application per

• ABSTRACTS for student presentations are due NO LATER than Thursday, November 11^th by 11:59 pm.
  
  • Abstract submission form 

• PRESENTATIONS are due by the date specified by your research advisor.  
  • Poster presentations should be saved and submitted as a PDF file. Oral presentations can be submitted as a PowerPoint file.
