How English grads can pay for graduate school

Graduate school is meant to be affordable so don't panic if you're not sure you can pay for it. As a graduate student, you qualify for Stafford loans (usually unsubsidized). Most graduate schools will offer teaching or graduate assistantships, which help to pay for graduate schools. Many will pay for full or partial tuition and will give you a monthly stipend to help with expenses.
