Curriculum Proposals

• The Curriculum Proposal Log and Fiscal Year (FY) Proposals are available in:
  • SMSU T-Drive > Curriculum Proposals Archive
• All faculty have access to this secure T-Drive.
• If you have difficulties accessing the proposals, contact the TRC @ #6111 or TRCHelpDesk@SMSU.edu.
• Someone familiar with the proposal from the Department/Program MUST attend. If no one shows up, the item will be tabled until a subsequent meeting.
• All proposals and supported documents must be submitted by the due date. Missing supporting documents must be submitted by 12:00pm on Monday of the week of the curriculum meeting. If missing items are not submitted by Monday, the item will be tabled as an incomplete proposal.
• Policies, procedures, and guidelines are available on the T-Drive as well.
