Archives Policies

To utilize the archival materials, you need to schedule an appointment by contacting Pam Gladis, Systems & Archives Librarian at pam.gladis@smsu.edu or 507/537-6813.  

Prior to using the collections, you will need to complete the Research Registration Form and bring photo identification with you to your appointment.  As part of registration process, be sure to read the Reading Room Rules as they outline expectations for your visit.
