International Education Week

Join us to celebrate International Education Week (IEW) 2024! IEW is a joint initiative between the US Department of State and US Department of Education to help promote international education/programs that prepares Americans for a global world and attract future leaders from around the world to study and learn in the US. Join the Center for International Education as we lead SMSU with celebrating our global diversity on campus and encourage all Mustangs to study abroad.

- Join our Taste of Cultures series FREE: M-Th @ 4PM, Lower Level Conference Center
- Don’t miss out on the International Gala, Friday, Nov 22nd , 6-11PM. Get your tickets at the CIE: $25/ticket or reserve a table for $160 (8 seats).

Enjoy an evening of international TedTalks, international cuisine, entertainment, a fashion show, and stay for the dance party!
Featuring talks by Tetta Askeland, Assistant Professor of Theatre and Eric Doise, Associate Professor of English. Dress to impress, cultural attire is encouraged. Reserve a table for your club/department. Limited tickets available for purchase before November 15th at the CIE office.
