Join us for Finish Strong Week: April 28th - May 2nd
Finish Strong Week is a tradition at SMSU that was developed by the Deeann Griebel Student Success Center with the support of many offices, departments, and clubs/organizations on campus. The event is held every spring semester during the last week of classes. The mission of the program is to help students to finish the semester strong by preparing them for finals, assisting students with stress relief, and to celebrate the end of the academic year. Peruse the schedule, RSVP in advance where required, and prepare to FINISH STRONG.
Events are FREE to SMSU students. RSVP links (if required) are listed with the descriptions below.

From 10:00am - 4:00pm each day, your Barnes and Noble Campus Bookstore will be hosting an event for those on campus who need a little fun, games, refreshments, and/or prizes to help them sail through the last week of classes.

We are teaming up with Southwest Nutrition to get you ready for finals! The first 20 students will get a free tea of their choice. The show is titled “Laser Rock” and includes your favorite rock and roll artists such as Pink Floyd, Elton John, Queen, ZZ Top, Prince, Taylor Swift, and many more! Come hear this awesome heart-pounding music set to scintillating laser lights with fog beam effects that will captivate your imagination. You won’t want to miss it! Located in the SMSU Planetarium (SM 108) with seating for 70 guests.
Liquid nitrogen ice cream will be served after the show from 8:30-9:00pm by the Chemistry Club.

Get outside and take in the beauty of nature and campus by exploring the trails at SMSU on a walking tour with Professor Sheila Tabaka.
