Diplomas

All SMSU graduates are awarded diplomas. Students will receive an e-mail from Parchment to download/share their e-diploma. Actual diplomas will be mailed out 10-12 weeks after the e-mail from Parchment.

Timeline in Order to get a Degree Posted to the Term Just Completed

• Students must have all of their requirements and holds taken care of 7 weeks after the last day of the term. Students are required to notify the Registration Office that everything has been completed by the 7th week.

• If everything has not been taken care of by the 7th week after the last day of the prior term, the degree posting will be delayed until the next semester.
