Floor Plans and Configurations

All of our houses and the Foundation Resident Apartments are tobacco-free living environments. Each house is furnished with a kitchen that has a stove, sink, microwave and small eating area. There is a TV lounge where students can gather to watch their favorite weekly television shows, play board games and visit with other residents.

Please note: All configurations are subject to change based on occupancy or consolidation.

Charisma

Co-ed house, part of the Agriculture Living and Learning Community and available by application only. To be eligible, you must be interested in agriculture and/or major or minor in Agriculture, AgriBusiness Management, Agricultural Communications and Leadership, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Solutions, or Agronomy.

Lincoln Center

Co-ed house, part of the Fine Arts Living and Learning Community and available by application only. To be eligible, you must be interested in the fine arts and/or major or minor in English, Art, Music, Theatre, or Speech Communication. This house is also used for studio space, practice rooms, and small performances.

Aquarius*

Co-ed, first year and upperclass house.
